Here’s the thing.  It’s nice that CEOs like Larry O’Donnell are getting a chance to understand more of what the average worker goes through.  It’s certainly better than having no contact with workers.  The problem is this: it’s not enough.  Workers don’t need TV-created feel-good moments, they need systemic change.  (more…)
